Testimonies and legacy of time
Legacies
The Study Centre for National Reconciliation received as gift some important legacies in form of documentary material (letters, postcards, photographs, memories and other material) on the subject of Nazi, Fascist and Communist violence from the period of World War II, the post-war revolutionary time and Socialism. Some documentary material also refers to the years when Slovenia began its path of independence.
The legacies are kept on our premises on Tivolska 42 in Ljubljana and are accessible to interested public by prior arrangement (info@scnr.si). Collection custodian is Neža Strajnar.
You are invited to help us expand and enrich the contents of our collections with new archival or material sources relating to human rights violation and violence by totalitarianism in Slovenia in the 20th century from your personal or family heritage.
